"Access to trainings and employment on the territory of the Municipality of Djebel through the Ardino - Djebel LAG"

The reduction of unemployment on the territory of the Municipality of Djebel, including its overcoming, requires the implementation of preventive measures, which consist in: raising the qualification of the unemployed by conducting qualification courses in accordance with the needs of the labor market; compulsory education and professional orientation included in curricula; engaging in public engagement of the unemployed; organizing and conducting retraining courses, according to the needs of the labor market; financing of job creation programs; stimulating employment in the field of tourism development; creating prerequisites for entrepreneurship and business environment; an integrated policy for human resource development; encouraging young educated people to stay in the region through comprehensive measures. The implementation of the current project proposal will ensure the creation of 20 new jobs, as well as the acquisition of professional qualification and key competences by 20 representatives of the target group of unemployed, which in turn will increase their competitiveness on the labor market and improving the economic positions of their employer - Djebel Municipality At least 50% of newly recruited and trained employees will retain their positions at least 6 months after the end of the project activities. Achieving the objectives, and results of the project will be achieved through the following main activities: • Inform and designate representatives of the target groups on the opportunities for inclusion in subsidized employment as well as for inclusion in training for acquiring professional qualification. • Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification; • Hiring persons from the target group for a period of 6 months. • Providing subsidized employment for a period of 6 months to 20 persons from the target group who have successfully completed vocational training
