Improving the working space in „BREADFACTORY Strazhitsa” LTD, through providing good and safe working environment

Through the realisation of this project, the aim is to improve the working environment in "Breadfactory Strazhitsa” LTD, with creating and implemenenting a system for development of the human resources in the company. The whole project is aimed to all 109 workers in "Breadfactory Strazhitsa” LTD, which are included in the targeted group. We foresee measures in help for 19 persons that are older than 54 years and 5 persons with disabilities. The main activities of this project are as following: - Creating, adapting and implementing a system for development of the human resources in the company and implementing innovative models for the organization of labor, like optimizing the working processes and giving the opportunity for flexible forms of employment, implementing practices for extending the professional life of workers above the age of 54 years, measures encouraging the professional, personal and family lives. - Providing safe and healthy working conditions, through buying personal safety measures and special working clothes. - Education about specific risks for the health, connected with the individual working space and methods about their containment and prevention. - Providing social belongings for the worker – creating a space for rests in the area of the factory. The realization of the project will improve the working space and the quality of the working places; optimize the processes and the management of human resources, saving the health of the works and limiting the labor traumatism, which will result positively on the productivity in the factory.
