The implementation of the following main activities in the project proposal: - Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development; - Providing safe and healthy working conditions , improve work and health of workers; - Providing benefits for workers , including equipment of places to eat and rest, is a key prerequisite for improving working conditions in the workplace and quality of life , increase labor efficiency and consequently the competitiveness of the company , including the shift to a low-carbon , sustainable climate change , environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient .
