The main objective of the project proposal is: To improve the working environment in KRAN Ltd.,village Kalekovets, Maritza municipality, by providing good and safe working conditions, efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resources management, leading to improvement of the quality of workplaces and increasing the productivity of the company. The proposal includes four of the eligible actions, which are: Activity 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of human resources development systems in the enterprise measures to achieve the objectives; Activity 3. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improvement of the occupational and health status of the employees with two sub-activities: sub-activity 3.1 Providing collective protection and sub-activity 3.2 Providing personal protective means and special work clothes; Activity 4 Providing social benefits to workers, including repair and equipment for relaxation, eating and rest facilities in enterprises, sports facilities, etc. Each of the activities is aimed at achieving one of the specific objectives of the project, detailed in the section "Objectives of the project proposal". "KRAN" Ltd. is a micro-enterprise from a rural area, performing economic activity in a sector with a high level of labor traumatism, with specific and clear needs, related to improving the quality of the workplaces and the productivity of the company.
