Improving working conditions, achieving sustainable employment and improving quality of work in Lanstar Ltd

Ltd Lanstar is applying for this procedure as an employer seeking to provide a healthy and safe working environment for its staff and to improve the existing conditions for rest and relaxation. The current project is an appropriate opportunity for the company to add value to its business by taking measures related to improving work organization, introducing a new way of managing and controlling occupational safety, improving work environment factors and recreational conditions and relaxation. The activities in the project proposal include: developing and implementing a standard for the management of health and safety at work, providing organized transport to and from the workplace; replacement of personal protective equipment and work clothes, provision of a new air conditioning system in the workplace, purchase of ergonomic chairs and appropriate monitors for employees in the company's office, equipment for a recreation and rest area, provision of up-to-date training for workers on specific risks, related to the individual workplace. The implementation of the project also includes mandatory information and publicity and project management and organization activities. The project target group includes 9 company employees. The envisaged activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to improving the quality of work, increasing the efficiency of the work done, by improving the working conditions of the enterprise and the occupational and health status of the labor force, observing the requirements of the legislation and European), the principles laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1081/2006 and in line with the established company policy on safety and health at work.
