Improving working conditions in REFAN BULGARIA LTD

Current project proposal is aimed at improving the company's corporate policy for improving the quality of the personal and professional life of the employees in REFAN BULGARIA Ltd, by ensuring proper and safe working conditions, including the longer stay in the employment of older workers and employees. The project proposal includes the implementation of the following main activities: - Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improving the occupational and health status of workers; - Providing social benefits to workers, including repairing and equipping places for eating, sports and recreation. This is a key prerequisite for improving working conditions and people's quality of life, increasing work efficiency and competitiveness of the company, including moving to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy that is environmentally sustainable and using efficient resources. The project will contribute to adapting management processes to a new approach to labor regulation and normalization, and building a modern system of labor standards and implementing effective health and safety policies, environmental management, climate change and resource efficiency. As a socially responsible employer, REFAN BULGARIA Ltd. has adapted the working conditions in full compliance with the requirements and norms defined by the national legislation in the field of health and safety at work. On the other hand, the company has identified the need to continuously improve the methods of managing health and safety at work, as well as improving the organization of work and related work processes, increasing labor productivity and protecting the environment.
