Good end safe working conditions in Venera Klasik Ltd.

Venera Klasik Ltd. is a growing and ambitious company in the production of knitwear baby, child and teen underwear, pajamas and more. The activity of the company is developed and provided in a sartorial factory located in the village of Kalekovets. The management of the company follows a consistent policy of improving the working environment, provision of personal protective equipment and special clothing for the staff in relation to the identified risks in the workplace. Venera Klasik Ltd. operates in full compliance with legal requirements and standards for safe and healthy working conditions, and for this purpose regularly holds events for prevention of occupational hazards, provides information and training to its employees, develops and improves the working environment. The ensurement of a high level of occupational safety and minimize the risk of accidents, improving the working environment and management of human resources development has led to an innovative idea for new organizational practices, models and systems for managing human resources and investment in safe and healthy working conditions. The project activities that are planned include: Development, adaptation and implementation of human resource development system for the organization, Improving working conditions in the enterprise, Providing benefits for workers in the enterprise. The financial position of Venera Klasik Ltd is stable. There is a sufficient financial resource, which is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the planned activities. With the implementation of the project will provide social benefits rooms for catering for the workers in the enterprise, the working environment will be improved by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management.
