Improving access to employment and job quality in OTO Mebel EOOD

This project proposal is aimed at improving the working conditions in OTob Mehl EOOD, providing resources for collective protection and social benefits of the employees of the company as well as introducing software and systems for human resources development in the enterprise. Within the framework of the project proposal the following activities are envisaged: 1. Support for practices to improve human resources management systems in an enterprise. 2. Ensuring collective protection measures related to improving working conditions. 3. Purchase of PPE and special workwear. 4. Improving the social climate in the enterprise by providing sport opportunities. For best results, the identified problems and needs of the project target groups, as well as the objectives of the present procedure, lead to the selection of activities. The activities are selected so as to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the grant procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.033 "LIL Belovo, Septemvri, Velingrad - enterprises and entrepreneurs to change "by ensuring good and safe working conditions as well as improving the organization of human resources management and job quality in Oto Mebel EOOD. As a result of the implementation of the project, the following results will be achieved: - Improved organization of work and management and development of human resources in the company; - Improved health and safety at OTO Mebel EOOD - Provided for social benefits for company employees - equipment for sports; - Purchased collective protection, PPE and special workwear. - Increased productivity at OTO Mebel EOOD
