"Training - a prerequisite for sustainable employment"

The main objective of the project is to increase the qualification of disadvantaged people from the highly vulnerable groups on the labor market (long-term unemployed with registration in the Labor Office Directorate for more than 12 months and / or unemployed persons with permanent disabilities) and recruiting successfully the vocational training courses, which will lead to an increase in quality employment in the Municipality of Kotel. The low education, the lack of qualification, the reluctance and the lack of motivation for inclusion in the labor market form this group - long-term unemployed. All this makes them unattractive and unwanted for employers to employ. It includes people of all ages - unemployed youths up to 29 years of age, unemployed from 30 to 54 years and over 54 years old. The aim is to support those in need of social support and employment support, which will improve the quality of life of the population. The project provides opportunities to include 16 people from highly vulnerable groups in training and acquiring professional skills and qualifications in the profession of Social Assistant. The profession is tailored to the needs of the local labor market. The progressive increase of the aging population of Kotel municipality implies the need for qualified and professional training of social assistants to take care of this group of inhabitants of the municipality. The training will take place after the completion of the identification activities and Kotel Municipality, as beneficiary of the project, undertakes to employ 16 of the trained persons under the profession "Social Assistant" for a period of up to 12 months. The accumulated experience during these months will be a prerequisite for easier integration into the labor market. Task-based motivation, training and employment activities contribute to promoting the role of the ESF and OPRCHR in the implementation of the project.
