Raising the skills, competencies and knowledge of the employees in Elbrus Holidays Ltd. in order to achieve sustainable and quality employment

The main objective of the present project proposal is to provide training to the employees of Elbrus Holidays Ltd. in order to improve the quality of the offered tourist product and to increase its competitiveness and sustainability. In order to achieve this, the company will carry out the following activities: - Activity 1 "Providing training for the improvement of the professional qualification of 6 employees in Elbrus Holidays Ltd." Through this activity will be trained 6 employees of the company - two in part "Operational accountant" profession - third qualification degree and four part of profession "Porter - Picolo" - first qualification degree. - Activity 2 "Conducting training on key competency 2" Foreign language learning - Russian language ". Through this activity a total of 73 employees of the company were trained - servicing personnel, in Russian language - three levels of training. - Activity 3 "Development of methodological guides for the introduction of training systems through: introduction of self-training systems and introduction of own internal training system". The total cost of the project proposal is BGN 74 950.00 (direct costs) The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - Improving the adaptability and flexibility of Elbrus Holidays employees on the labor market; - Enhancement of the quality of the offered tourist product in the hotels; - Increasing the level of satisfaction of the hotel guests; - Increasing the demand for the tourist product; - Expanding the possibilities for welcoming foreign tourists; - Increase in revenues from tourism on the one hand for the company - the applicant, on the other hand for the municipality of Velingrad; - Raising qualifications implies an increase in the incomes of the employed; - Sustainable development of the company - a candidate in the tourism market;
