Support for the development of entrepreneurial ideas for start-up of independent economic activity and a new opportunity for employment and training on the territory of the Local initiative group TROYAN, APRILTSI, UGARCHIN

The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the set objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and The strategy LIG ,2014-2020 aimed at facilitating easy access to employment and integration of vulnerable groups with low competitiveness in the labor market, places, income, training and sustainable employment. The project generates ideas and mechanisms to support unemployed / inactive people seeking different forms of employment, including self-employment, by providing entrepreneurship and business training and providing consultancy services related to the development of entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial thinking and business ideas and support development of business plans for business activities - according to their interests in their chosen field of realization. Main activities included in the project initiative: -Information and motivation to provide opportunities for independent business development; -Providing specialized training related to the development of entrepreneurship, business management and knowledge and skills to develop business plans; -Provision of consultancy services for preparation and start-up of independent economic activity; -Training on key competence; -Hiring unemployed / inactive people from disadvantaged groups on the labor market and unemployed / inactive youths; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. Activities are aimed at reaching different risk groups on the labor market and providing equal opportunities for training, training and support to start up their own businesses.
