Supporting the development of entrepreneurship and providing opportunities for employment and training of disadvantaged persons on the labor market

The project is aimed at providing opportunities for growth through self-employment and self-business development of people at risk in the labor market and issuing recommendations and professional consultations to accelerate business start-ups and support the development of Business Business Plans in the interests of their chosen field of realization. The project is also aimed at facilitating easy access to employment and integration of vulnerable groups, people with low competitiveness on the labor market, providing them with jobs, income, training and sustainable employment. The planned activities in the project proposal are in the context of the set objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and The strategy LIG 2014-2020. Main activities included in the project initiative: -Informing, motivating and providing training in entrepreneurship and business management; -Provision of consultancy services for preparation and start-up of independent economic activity; -Training under KK4 "Digital Competence"; -Hiring unemployed / inactive people from disadvantaged groups on the labor market and unemployed / inactive youths; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. Activities are aimed at reaching different risk groups on the labor market and providing equal opportunities for employment, training and support to start up your own business. The main objective of the project is to integrate unemployed and / or inactive people into employment with an employer in the real business through training and sustainable employment, as well as helping with advice and providing opportunities for growth through self-employment and business development. The accumulation of valuable knowledge and experience in the field of entrepreneurship and the opportunities for long-term employment of the persons covered by the project initiative will help to make them more successful on the labor market in the long run.
