New entrepreneurs - a new opportunity for employment and training on the territory of the Local initiative group ROYAN, APRILTSI, UGARCHIN

The main objective of the project is to integrate unemployed and/or inactive people, to include them in employment with an employer in the real business as well as to assist with training and counseling for persons willing to develop their own business or to provide self-employment. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP and The strategy Local initiative group of the 2014-2020 aimed at implementing measures to promote entrepreneurship in order to increase self-employment and support for those in need of social support and support for employment and providing new opportunities to improve incomes and living standards for local communities. The project generates ideas and mechanisms to support unemployed / inactive people looking for different forms of employment, including self-employment, providing entrepreneurship and business training and providing consultancy services related to the development of entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial thinking and business ideas and support the development of business plans for business activities-according to their interests in their chosen field of realization, as well as the creation of jobs for persons from disadvantaged groups on the market of labor. Main activities included in the project: Hiring unemployed / inactive persons from the disadvantaged groups on the labor market; Information and motivation to enable the development of an independent business activity and training related to the development of entrepreneurship, business management and knowledge and skills to develop business plans; Provision of consultancy services for preparation and start-up of independent economic activity; Information and communication; Organisation and project management. Activities are aimed at reaching different risk groups on the labor market and providing equal opportunities for employment, training and support to start up your own business.
