Improving access to employment in Kalinel LTD

"Kalinel" Ltd. is a company specializing in the traditional for the region Local Development Strategy industry - tailoring, production of made-up textile products. The project proposal is aimed at implementing measures for integration on the labor market of 12 unemployed people up to 29 years of age with secondary education. The inclusion of this target group is conditioned by the fact that there are a number of preconditions for their successful implementation on the labor market due to the following restrictions: - lack of qualifications, skills or work experience - the lack of practical knowledge - limited opportunities for updating or acquiring a new qualification - insufficient knowledge and lack of skills corresponding to the new requirements imposed by the introduction of new technologies - lack of motivation to start work For these reasons, the activities planned in the project are tailored to the identified needs of the target group and include: - Providing motivational trainings to improve the suitability of target group representatives for inclusion in employment; - providing employment in Kalinel LTD for a period to 12 months. The implementation of the activities will contribute to the achievement of the main objective of the project - "successful integration of 12 unemployed people up to the age of 29 with secondary education on the labor market".
