New employment in "Telesat" LTD

The project proposal is aimed to implement measures for labor market integration of 12 unemployed and economically inactive persons on the territory of the municipality of Apriltsi. The inclusion of this target group is conditioned by the fact that there are a number of preconditions for their successful implementation on the labor market due to the following restrictions: - lack of qualifications, skills and / or work experience - lack of practical knowledge - limited opportunities for updating or acquiring a new qualification - insufficient knowledge and lack of skills corresponding to the new requirements imposed by the introduction of new technologies - lack of motivation to start work For these reasons, the activities included in the project are related to overcoming the negatives from the restrictions imposed and include: - Provide motivational trainings to improve the suitability of representatives of the target group for inclusion in employment Providing employment in Telesat Ltd within the project for a period of 6 to 12 months. The implementation of the activities will contribute to the achievement of the main project objective - "Successful integration of the labor market of 12 participants, representatives of the project target group, including: unemployed persons up to 29 years old incl. with secondary and higher education - 3 persons; unemployed participants aged 30-54, incl. - 4 persons and unemployed persons, incl. long-term unemployed or inactive participants, beyond education and training, over 54 years - 5 persons.
