My working place in “DAD” LTD

The project proposal is aimed at implementing measures for the integration of the unemployed people into the labor market on the territory of the Municipality of Troyan. The inclusion of this target group is conditioned by the fact that there are a number of preconditions for their successful implementation on the labor market due to the following restrictions: - lack of qualifications, skills and / or work experience - the lack of practical knowledge - limited opportunities for updating or acquiring a new qualification - insufficient knowledge and lack of skills corresponding to the new requirements imposed by the introduction of new technologies - lack of motivation to start work For these reasons, the activities planned in the project are related to overcoming the negatives of the mentioned restrictions and include: - Providing motivational trainings to improve the suitability of target group representatives for inclusion in employment; - Providing employment in DAD Ltd, within the project for a period of 6 to 12 months. The implementation of the activities will contribute to the achievement of the main objective of the project - "Successful integration of the labor market of 7 participants, representatives of the project target group, including: unemployed people up to the age of 29 incl. with secondary or higher education - 4 people; unemployed participants aged 30-54, incl. - 3 people.
