New jobs - a new opportunity for sustainable employment and development of a micro-enterprise on the territory of the town of Apriltsi

The project proposal is aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the field of trade in building materials and construction activities. Through the incentives provided under the New Jobs and Incentive for Micro and Small Enterprises Procedure, the applicant will provide better opportunities for sustainable employment and income for unemployed and inactive people through new job openings.The project addresses intentions for initiatives, in the context of the goals and priorities set out in the HRD OP and Led by local development, Local initiative group-Trojan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin, 2014-2020, and is aimed at facilitating easy access to employment for vulnerable groups, competitiveness in the labor market, providing them with jobs, income and training. It is planned to open 7 jobs in the following categories: -Unemployed/inactive persons aged over 54; -Unemployed persons aged 30 to 54 years old; -Unemployed persons up to 29 years of age. The following activities are planned to be implemented in the project: 1.Organization and management; 2.Information and communication; 3.Motivational training; 4.Hiring unemployed and/or inactive persons and providing employment; The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people at risk in the labor market, increasing access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty. The activities scheduled under the project place emphasis on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups into the labor market. The main objectives of the project proposal are to support the socio-economic development of the territory on Local initiative group, ensuring sustainable employment, quality employment, income provision, reducing and preventing unemployment, poverty and social exclusion, improving the adaptability of people at risk in the labor market.
