Improving the working environment in Vodenicharov amp; Son Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions

Vodenicharov amp; son Ltd. was registered in Panagyurishte in 2015. The company's activity is focused on the design and manufacture of machine tools for printing and metal parts by metalworking.The company is located in a hired factory in Panagyurishte. of its activity, the company has universal and programmable 2,3, 4 and 5-axis metalworking machines and employs 8 full-time employees. The management of the company realizes that the provision of healthy and safe conditions during the working process is an integral part of the organization of each work activity and a necessary condition for achieving higher competitiveness of the products and services, increasing the income and profit of the enterprise, and validating and developing the business. The needs that the project will satisfy are related to the improvement of the working environment in the enterprises by ensuring good and safe working conditions and human resources management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and to positively affect the productivity of labor in the enterprise that will be realized through: - Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the occupational and health status of employees by providing PPE, collective protective equipment by means of equipment protection, dust protection, toxic and other harmful substances. The project is intended to implement both mandatory activities related to organization and management, visualization and publicity. The project proposal was developed in accordance with the achievement of sustainable socio-economic development and preservation of the local identity on the territory of the Panagyurishte, Strelcha, Lesichovo LAG through efficient use of local resources as well as with the EU Strategic Framework 2014-2020.
