The implementation of this project is aimed at improving the working environment of the employees of Assarel - Trans Ltd. The implementation of the project will improve the occupational and health status of workers by improving the microclimate and working conditions in the enterprise. To increase motivation and overcome stress, the project provides a place for relaxation and nutrition. The creation of social benefits is entirely aimed at satisfying the need of the target group of reconciling personal and professional life. The expected result of the implementation of the project activities is to improve the quality of the workplaces in the company along with the satisfaction of the need of Assarel -Trans Ltd. to increase the productivity of the employees in the long term. The main activities of the project are: 1.Provision of means of collective protection, related to the improvement of working conditions 2. Providing PPE and Special Workwear 3. Development, adaptation and introduction of human resources development system in Asarel-Trans Ltd 4. Providing a feeding room in accordance with rational norms and specific working conditions and a room for short-term rest. The implementation of the activities set out in the project is a key prerequisite for improving the organization of the work activities, in particular: • improving working conditions in the workplace; • reducing the risk of accidents at work and limiting the conditions that increase the risk of occupational illnesses] • Increasing labor productivity and increasing motivation among employees. As a result of this project, the satisfaction of the employees of Asarel-Tran Ltd. from the working life of the company will increase, which is an important motivating factor for increasing the labor productivity, the image of the company as a socially responsible employer and respectively the general and long- competitiveness of the company.
