Conducting targeted activities for strategic improvement of working conditions in Pressform Ltd.

With this project proposal, Pressform Ltd. aims to improve the safety of its employees and to provide them with a healthy and comfortable work environment. This goal will be realized with the help of the following specific objectives: - Specific objective 1 "Improvement of working conditions in the workplace and creation of conditions for prevention and reduction of accidents at work and occupational diseases by investing in collective redress". - Specific objective 2 "Improving the quality of working life of employees by minimizing workplace risks by providing workwear and personal protective equipment to employees" - Specific objective 3 "Improving the social climate and increasing the motivation to work in" Pressform "Ltd., by investing in a catering and resting space for the employees". The project includes three activities: Activity 1 "Provision of means for collective protection of the employees in" Pressform "Ltd." Activity 2 "Providing work clothes and personal protective equipment to the employees of" Pressform "OOD Activity 3 "Eating and resting of employees in" Pressform "Ltd" The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - minimize the impact of direct work risks; - Ensuring the safe work of the workers - Minimizing production risks to workers' health; - Reduce opportunities for accidents at work and incidents; - Improvement of the health status of the workers in the enterprise; - Improving the microclimate in an enterprise. - Increasing the satisfaction with the company's work; - Increasing the motivation for work and respectively raising the productivity of labor; - Improving the social climate for work in the enterprise. - Creating conditions for complete rest and recovery from the difficult work process. The value of the envisaged investments amounts to BGN 33 465.38.
