Improvement of the working conditions of the employees in "Lazur Stroi" Ltd.

The implementation of this project aims to improve the working environment of the employees of "Lazur Stroi" Ltd. with the place of work - Panagyurishte, by identifying their needs and problems and applying the measures for their solution. The implementation of the project will improve the occupational and health status of the target group by improving the microclimate and working conditions in the enterprise as well as aiming at preventing and avoiding risks in construction activities as construction is traditionally one of the most risky industries . Annually, dozens of workers die on construction sites, others suffer from different types of damage. To increase motivation and to overcome stress in the project there is a place for recreation and nutrition. The creation of social benefits is entirely aimed at satisfying the need of the target group of reconciling personal and professional life. The expected result of the implementation of the project activities is to improve the quality of workplaces and to reduce the risks during the construction activities, while satisfying the need of "Lazur Stroi" OOD to increase the labor productivity of the workers in the long run. The main activities of the project are: 1. "Providing funds for collective protection for the needs of the workers in Lazur Stroy Ltd." 2. "Providing PPE and Special Workwear for the Workers of Lazur Stroy Ltd." 3. "Providing social benefits for the workers in Lazur Stroy Ltd." The total value of the investments under this project proposal is BGN 36 406, which includes: - Expenses for the purchase of PPE and special work clothes - 3126 BGN; - Expenditure for the purchase of collective redundancies related to improving working conditions - BGN 16 900; - Expenses for purchase of equipment and furniture for the dining and resting room - BGN 10 380; - Costs for construction and installation works - 6000 BGN.
