Compatibility of the manufacturing power of “RNG GROUP” LTD, Ognyanovo with new appointments under the procedure - Component I "Training of unemployed persons"

With current project "RNG GROUP" LTD, Ognyanovo will expand its production capacities with trainings and appointments under the Component I procedure - for unemployed, 8 persons from the vulnerable (target) groups under the procedure: Age group from 30 to 54 years – unemployed in search of a job and groups of people with disabilities in the labor market, incl. those with low education- 2 persons Age group 54 years and above – unemployed in search of a job and groups of people with disabilities in the labor market, again 54 years of age and above- 5 people External group from 15 to 29 years old, unemployed youths looking for a job- 1 person The project invests in human capital in the region as well as in terms of the realization that needs to be provided for the sustainability of 8 persons from the vulnerable groups. Individual work and integration programs will be developed and implemented within the framework of the project to provide individuals with the needed adaptation. The project solves a major problem of furniture production with the dropout tendency of employees in the manufacturing sector due to lack of professional knowledge and skills to handle the job. To acquire such skills a certain amount of time is required, and those lengthy training periods represent a major difficulty for businesses, mainly because of lack of traditions and attitudes in the companies themselves. In order to change the status quo, the beneficiary will rely on a new educational and motivational approach, with an in-company follow-up training and lifelong learning opportunities. In this sense, this project is the right tool for qualitative change and provides the candidate with a new addition to the team, which is to be introduced in a new way in the furnishing profession. The project will provide training for all 8 persons from the target groups of: Profession: 543020 "Operator in woodworking", specialty 5430201 „Furniture manufacturing“ II SPC, part of a profession.
