Workshop for painted sweets, boutique sweets and many more delicious things

The following project has the intention to diversifies the activity of the company "Joana Georgieva", which is situated in Ognyanovo, Garmen Municipality, with a new economic activity, namely situating of: Workshop for painted sweets, boutique sweets and other delicious things. It will employ 6 persons from the vulnerable (target) groups: Age group from 30 to 50 years of age – unemployed in search of a job – 2 people Age group above 54 years of age – unemployed in search of a job and groups with people with disabilities again above 54 of age – 3 people Age group from 15 to 29 of age – unemployed in search of a job young man – 1 person The main goal is to provide support for social inclusion through appropriate training and employment in a dynamically developing boutique field which is related with exhibitions, corporate and personal events, the preparation of catering menus in the form of their own products. In the workshop, sweets will be handmade and painted, not only sweets but also cookies, muffins, all sorts of candy in which there will be a lack of preservatives and stabilizers.The idea is that, over time, it will be possible to develop and impose a brand and style in serving businesses and pubs, patisseries and cafes, relying on its own supply network. The project invests in the development of human capital in the region, the activities envision: providing working opportunities and stable work for the people of the targeted groups, also those people will enroll in a professional training (Profession "Bakery-confectioner" SKIPO Code- 5410302, II SPC, 660) Individual employment and integration programs will be developed and implemented within the framework of the project for the sake of sustainability and cumulativeness. The project implements a policy of sustainable development and does not give rise to negative consequences affecting the principles of sustainable development on all three axes - economic, social and environmental.
