Facilitation of cleaning activities and colorful ecological environment on the territory of the MIG - Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadzhidimovo

"RENAATA TOURS" Ltd. is a new company working in the field of short-term tourist accommodation and rural tourism. The present project intends to create a second activity as a diversification of the first - a new complex activity for the facilitation of green services and cleaning for tourism, the corporate sector and the citizens on the territory of MIG- Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadzhidimovo, including priority coloring and green ecological environment: For this purpose will be trained 6 p. of vulnerable groups in the procedure in the profession- WORKER in landscaping - First degree of professional qualification, which will be subsequently employed by the 12 month: - Ref. a group of 30 to 54 years, including unemployed job seekers and disadvantaged groups on the labor market, incl. those with low education (below average)- 3 p. - Ref. group over 54 years old - job seekers unemployed and disadvantaged groups- 3 p. The main objective is to provide support for the long-term inclusion of selected persons for employment and to ensure the sustainability of project activities, with the help of good practices in service management to provide a cleaner and more sustainable environment for rest and life. The project invests in the development of human capital in the region and in the framework of the procedure, individual labor and integration programs will be developed and implemented for the purpose of achieving sustainability and cumulation on all three axes - economic, social and environmental. The candidate will rely on the high quality of the services and short terms. Will work with environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly products. Will provide preferential conditions for hotels and guest houses. It will work innovating by developing active social marketing. Implementation will also contribute to achieving Priority 3 - Human Capital Development by improving access to employment, stimulating entrepreneurial ideas and providing modern social services.
