Increasing the skills and competencies of the employees of Gramatikov Intergroup Ltd.

The main objective of the project is to provide opportunities for participation of the employment of Gramatikov Intergrup Ltd. in order to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise. Specific objectives to be achieved: 1. Specific objective 1 "Increase the number of employees with new qualifications, knowledge and skills applied in the Gramatikov Intergrup team" and thus increase the ability of the users to be brought into line with the current requirements of the business. 2. Specific objective 2 "Creating conditions for sustainable employment and thus occupying better quality jobs and thus increasing labor productivity and improving the quality of the services offered by the enterprise". 3. Specific objective 3 "To create sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise on the local market, with a view to preserving the right and opportunities for creating new ones". In order to meet these goals, the following actions will be implemented: Activity 1 "Providing training for the upgrading of 10 employees in "Gramatikov Intergrup" Activity 2 "Conduct key competency training 2" General information about foreign languages ​​- Greek in GRAMATIKOV - INTERGROUP Ltd. Action 3 "Development of Methodological Reports for Enhancing Training Systems by: Introducing Self-Learning Systems and Introducing an Own In-company Training System" The total amount of translations is BGN 30 925. The following results are expected: - Improvement of production capacity and labor productivity as a result of investment in human capital; - Improving service delivery and quality improvement. - Compatibility of employees' working lives. - Enhance employee motivation through training opportunities offered by the organization. - Improve job opportunities in the workplace.
