Training of employees in RNJ GROUP LTD and creation of an educational dijital company system for furniture specialists

Training of employees in RNJ GROUP LTD and creation of an educational company system for furniture specialists Lack of employees in the manufacturing sector has a major impact for the stability and competitiveness of the companies today. The inadequacy of linking the workforce with work is also associated with the lack of knowledge and skills for the required jobs. Other factors which have a negative impact are: lack of motivation, the shortcomings in the microclimate in the workplace, the unattractiveness of labor, the working and safety conditions, the integration policies and last but not least the opportunities for training and further development. Gaining the required skill requires energy and time. Longer training periods aren’t desired by the companies, because it reflects in the produced quantity, which results in less profit for the company. There is a necessity for coordinated and effective reciprocal relationships, which can benefit the employees and the employers. The education policies being proposed by the current employee training procedure are a good option to solve such problems, which together with a well-coordinated educational process, can assist both employers and employees. According to the necessities of the company, 10 people will undergo training. Appropriate transfer of new knowledge will take place through a digital updatable platform that will support a modular training bank for the various manufacturing processes and professions in the furnishing industry with basis modules and good European practices. The following trainings for the two target groups will be organized under the project: (1) Profession: Organizer of woodworking and furniture production: Code: 543100, III SPC, part of a profession. (2) CC 4 - Digital Competence. Special Social Contribution and Sustainability of the Project - Mentoring and networking system with other entrepreneurs in the industry.
