Training of employed personnel in a new creative new profession, an upgrade of a basic economic activity of "Joana Stoeva" ET and creation of an open ICT educational platform for flexible skills for employment in the area of wellness and spa tourism + exchange for recreational specialists

The goal of the project is to implement new ways for adaptation an improvement of the realization, motivation and special status pf the employees from targeted groups 54 of age and above, this is valid also for people with secondary or lower education in the tourism sector, in line with the modern necessities of the tourism business by providing opportunities for employees for lifelong learning in a key tourist spa resorts such as Ognyanovo village, Garmen municipality. Parallel with the training an educational platform will be created, which will give people the opportunity for improved education in Hospitality: An innovative online web video platform for dynamic content management. Common target here is to for the capacity and quality of the tourism services to be increased, this can happen in an innovative way, by transferring good European wellness and spa practices, related to healing and relaxing massage which has been developed in more than 10 types of recreational education modules. Organization and management of the services related to care and health in wellness resorts in Bulgaria, is still a major problem. In Gotse Gelchev there is a lack of this type of services, which has a major impact on tourism. Staff turnover continues to be the other big problem in Hospitality. There is a lack of uniform standardization in tourism for quality, management and related services. The project has the ambition to brand management of wellness and spa services in the region, by conducting trainings for specialist. After quality evaluation of the participants, the results from the training will be validated by a new methodology, which will certify knowledge and skills in tourism in digital environment.
