Trainings for employees in Top Term EOOD

The project proposal "Training for employees in Top Thermo Ltd" is aimed at providing training to the employees of the company in order to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. In order to achieve this, the company will carry out the following activities: Activity 1. PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR 8 EMPLOYED PERSONS - A total of 8 employees will be trained in the company by profession: "Installer of Energy Facilities and Installations" (code 522040), specialty "Heat - Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Air Conditioning" refrigeration "(code 5220409) - second qualification degree; Activity 2. PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE LEARNING TRAINING - A total of 8 employees will be trained in CC2 "Communication in Foreign Languages ​​- English," three levels of training. Activity 3. INTRODUCING A SELF-TREATMENT SYSTEM through interactive training methods As a result of the achievement of the objectives of the present project and the implementation of the envisaged activities, the adequacy of the employees' skills in the company will be improved, according to the current needs of the business, will increase the productivity of their work and will create conditions for sustainable employment and respectively better jobs. The project proposal of Top Thermo EOOD is a set of activities and measures to achieve the goals set in the project - increasing the capabilities, skills and competencies of the employees by acquiring professional qualification and key competencies, tailored to the current needs of the business, developing a priority area for the procedure as well as Top Thermo Ltd. in particular.
