Improving the qualification of the employees of the Grossman LTD

Grossmann LTD is a family enterprise founded in 1995. The company specializes in the production of knitwear and knitwear, owning a trademark. The company works for both domestic and foreign markets and the company strives to maintain good relations with its partners and expand its position on the foreign market. On the territory of the company there are two sewing workshops, a cutting room, ironing and packing room, offices for the employees of the administration, as well as rooms for rest and rest of the workers. By its nature, production is flowing. The company has a code of main economic activity 14.14 "Manufacture of underwear". The strategy of Grosmann Ltd. is directed both to the Bulgarian market and to the global market. In order to improve the production and management capacity as well as its export potential, a project is underway which envisages the purchase of new production equipment and the introduction of a process management system that will ensure the modernization of the overall production process. This project proposal also envisages investing in the qualification of the persons employed in the enterprise in order to increase the adequacy of their skills so that they meet the new needs of the business and the production process to increase the productivity of the workforce persons and the quality of work, which is a prerequisite for creating conditions for sustainable employment. The overall objective of the project is to provide opportunities for employees to learn at Grossmann Ltd. and to introduce an in-company training system in order to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise, to increase the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the current needs of the company, as a prerequisite for stable and strategic development of the applicant on the Bulgarian as well as the global market.
