Improving of the professional qualification and the digital competences of the employees in "ECODIN EOOD"

ECODIN Ltd. is a specialized company in the sphere of construction. The widening of the market has led to the company's basic need, namely to improve the professional skills and key competencies of the employees. Satisfying this need is one of the main objectives of the project proposal. The target group to be included in the project is 33 people employed in the applicant company and they meet the requirements: have an average and / or lower education, and some of them are over 54. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of the employees in the company, which fall within the priority target groups of the program. The main objective of the project is "To enable the employees in the enterprise to increase their professional qualifications and abilities in the field of construction and to improve their digital competence". In addition, the aim of the project proposal fully consistent with the objectives of SVOMR wink - Gotse Delchev - Garmen -Hadzhidimovo, IP 6 and contributes to the IP 3 - Develop human capital by improving access to employment, stimulate entrepreneurial ideas and provide modern social services, SC 3.1, which is aimed at implementing activities to stimulate employment, combat unemployment and prevent the dropping out of the labor market in the LAG. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Acquisition of professional qualification of 26 employees. 2. Key Competency Training 4 "Digital Competence" 7 Employees; As a result, we will achieve: - Conducting training in a profession 582080 Assistant in construction, specialty 5820801 Basic and finishing works - I SPC; - Conducting training in the profession 582010 Construction technician, specialty 5820101 Construction and architecture - III SPC; - Conducting training on CC4 "Digital Competence"; - Ensuring sustainable employment;
