Improving the professional qualification of the employees in "Nar Ltd"

"Nar" Ltd. is specialized is a specialized company in the sphere of construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, repair. The widening of the market has led to the company's basic need, namely to improve the professional skills and knowledge of employees. Satisfying this need is one of the main goals of the project proposal. The target group to be included in the project is 37 employees in the applicant company, and they will meet at least one of the requirements: have an average and / or lower education, and some of them are over 54. The current project contributes to creating conditions for employment of the company's employees, which fall into the priority target groups of the program. The main objective of the project is "To give employees in an enterprise the opportunity to increase their professional qualifications and capabilities in the field of construction". In addition, the purpose of the project proposal is fully in line with the objectives of the MGM Momchilgrad and Krumovgrad School, in connection with Priority 4 "Investing in Human Capital", SC 4.2 "Organization of trainings for acquiring professional qualification, apprenticeship, apprenticeship" The project envisages the following activities: 1. Acquisition of professional qualification of employed persons. 2. Ensure access to innovative lifelong learning forms such as the introduction of interactive learning methods As a result, we will achieve: - Conducting training by profession 582080 Assistant in construction, specialty 5820801 Basic and finishing works - I SPC will be possible to achieve the overall goal of the project. - Introduced interactive forms of training of employees through recorded video films on different topics related to the specifics of the building activity - Ensure sustainable employment of the employed on the labor market in the field of construction.
