Training for employed persons in LINK + LTD

LINK + LTD is an intensely developing company operating in the field of information technologies. Link + has its own information network in the town of Momchilgrad and Djebel, independent optical lines to all major villages in the region, two independent Internet connections and dozens of local traffic exchange agreements with companies and organizations based in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas , Haskovo, Kardzhali. The services provided by the company are well received by the clients, the demand is great. The company is experiencing a sharp shortage of quality workforce needed to secure the normal workflow and to cover the shortage of experts in the company's team. In order to meet the requirements of its users and to maintain a high standard of market behavior, the necessity of carrying out vocational training and English language training of the personnel employed in the company is emerging. The professional qualification of the employees does not meet the requirements of the positions they hold. With the realization of this project, 13 persons will undergo professional training in "Communication systems technician" specialty "Telecommunication systems" and 17 persons in CC 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - English, as a result of which will increase the adequacy and their skills according to the actual needs of the company. This in turn will lead to an increase in labor productivity, creating conditions for sustainable employment and the employment of better quality jobs. Providing appropriate skills and competencies are fundamental to retaining and enhancing career development opportunities for employees in the company. The activities of the project envisage the development and implementation of its own internal training system for employed persons. The purpose of this system is to improve the working environment and its effectiveness in achieving the company's mission and goals and improving its corporate image.
