Professional realization possibility in Artistico Sistems Ltd in behalf of young people, living in Maritsa municipality

The main objective of this project is to give an opportunity for professional realization in Artistico Sistems Ltd, in behalf of young people, living in Maritsa Municipality and in accordance with the necessity of firm production and trade activities extension. Specific project objectives are, as follows: 1. Seven unemployed or inactive at labor market young people, up to 29 years, who will meet all target group requirements, to be identified and included in the project, 2. Seven new job places to be equipped, 3. Four sustainable jobs to be created after completion of the subsidized employment, through selection within the involved and best performed people in the current project. All of these objectives will be achieved by executing the following project activities: 1.Hiring seven unemployed or inactive at the labor market people for 6 months to different positions. 2.Purchasing equipment, furniture and stock related to the creation of seven new jobs. 3.Obligatory activities, specified in p.13.1. of Application conditions. Immediate project results: 7 people hired to positions, as follows: 1.One Cleaner/Hygienist, up to 29 years of age, up to 29 years of age, 2.Two Fitters, up to 29 years of age, 3.One Dyer article maker, up to 29 years of age, 5.Two Burnishers, up to 29 years of age, 6.One Produce promoter, up to 29 years of age. Sustainability, as a result of project implementation: At least four out of seven people from the target group to retain their job positions for at least 3 months, after project completion. Under the requirements of Government decree № 160/2016, purchase of equipment, related to the creation of new jobs Publicize the fact, the current project activities are executed with the aid of EU, covering the requirements of the Guidance and performing activities for Information and Communication.
