Activation and employment of unemployed and inactive people

The current project proposal has as a general target achieving higher employment rates and increasing the competitiveness of vulnerable groups in the labor market by applying a combination of measures to create new jobs. Within the frames of the project proposal, the following activities will be implemented: - Identification and activation of inactive persons for inclusion in training or employment. - Professional information, counseling and psychological support. - Hiring unemployed or inactive persons; unemployed youths; disadvantaged groups on the labor market. The target group for this project is 11 unemployed and inactive persons from Pomorie municipality with priority attention to the following groups: Unemployed and non-active persons, out of education and training; unemployed youths aged 15 to 29 with a basic or lower educational level; unemployed young people from 15 to 29 years old, with completed secondary or tertiary education; as well as to disadvantaged persons on the labor market: unemployed young people; unemployed over 50 years old; unemployed persons with basic or lower education and without professional qualification. The selected representatives of the target group will be hired for a 6-month period to the following positions: • 1 person in the position "General Construction Worker" with NCP Code 93130001 • 3 persons in the position of "installer" with NCP code 73222006 • 3 persons in the position of "construction insulation worker" with NCP code 71242008 • 3 persons in the position of "plasterer" with NCP code 71122008 • 1 person in the position of "construction technician, design and technical department" under NCP code 31123010 After the end of the project activities Proto Grup Ltd. will guarantee a minimum of 3 months of employment after completion of the project activities for 11 representatives of the target groups.
