Disclosure of 3 new jobs for unemployed people in public laundry "Svejest" Lom

The project "Establishing 3 new jobs for unemployed in a public laundry" Sveztest Lom will complement the approved project of the LAG-LOM and will lead to the improvement of the quality of life of economically inactive and unemployed persons in the LAG-LOM territory through creating prerequisites for sustainable employment. It fully corresponds to Priority 3 of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry: "Development of human capital in LOG LOM" and Specific Objective 3.1 "Increasing Human Resources Capabilities and Knowledge". The LOZANOV amp; SON 77 EOOD will expand its main activity - agricultural producer, starting a new economic activity with NACE Code 2008 - 96.01 "Laundry and dry cleaning". Key competency training, which is within 180 hours of an external contractor, will restore the confidence of older unemployed people to their own strengths and capabilities. "LOZANOV amp; SON 77" Ltd. applies to the OPHRD for subsidized employment of 6 unemployed persons, who will select from the target group over 30 years up to 54 years and over this age and will perform key competency training KC-5 "Learning Skills" , in connection with the recruitment of the trainees registered with the Labor Office in Lom to code 8157 "Machine operator in laundry" under NCPD-2011. The project activities include: 1. Carrying out key competence training - CC 5 "Learning Skills"; 2. Accomplishment of the full-time target group for up to 6 months; After the end of the project, the distinguished and diligent ones will be assigned to the vacant 3 new jobs, under conditions of competition and equal opportunities for candidates. The aim of the project proposal is to contribute both to providing temporary and permanent employment among the local population through the planned capacity building and qualification activities. An innovative approach to implementing the measure in the project will be to place the individual's needs on the ground with modern communication and training methods.
