"CHILDREN PARTY CENTER" MALCHO "reveals new jobs for unemployed people from Lom"

he candidate "Malcho 2012" EOOD will diversify its main activity - Retail of fruit and vegetables by starting new economic activity with NACE Code 2008 - 93.29 Other activities related to entertainment and recreation. Training on key competencies, depending on the requirements of a workplace, performed by an outsourcer will restore the confidence of the elderly unemployed in their own strengths and abilities. Malcho 2012 EOOD applies to the OPHRD for subsidized employment of 6 unemployed persons, who will select from the target group over 30 years up to 54 years and will train three key competences: 2 persons under CC-1 "Communication in native language" , 2 persons under CC-4 "Digital Competence", 2 persons under CC-5 "Learning Skills", in connection with the recruitment of the trainees registered at the Labor Bureau in Lom under the NCPD-2011: 53111001 Babysitter, 51693008 Organizer activities, 33393020 Organizer, customer service. Project activities include: 1.Training three key competences; 2. Accomplishment of the full-time target group for up to 6 months; After the end of the project, the distinguished and diligent ones will be assigned to the vacant 3 new jobs, under conditions of competition and equal opportunities for candidates. The aim of the project proposal is to contribute both to providing temporary and permanent employment to the local population of persons who have undergone key competence training. The project "KIDS PARTY CENTER" MALCHO "reveals new job opportunities for unemployed people from Lom" will complement another project of the LAG-LOM and will lead to the improvement of the quality of life of economically inactive and unemployed persons on the LAG-LOM territory, prerequisites for sustainable employment. It fully complies with Priority 3 of the SVOVP: Human Capital Development on the LAG LOM territory and Specific Objective 3.1 "Enhancement of human resources capabilities and knowledge".
