Project activities include: 1.Training three key competences; 2. Accomplishment of the full-time target group for up to 6 months; After the end of the project, the distinguished and diligent ones will be assigned to the vacant 3 new jobs, under conditions of competition and equal opportunities for candidates. The aim of the project proposal is to contribute both to providing temporary and permanent employment to the local population of persons who have undergone key competence training. The project "KIDS PARTY CENTER" MALCHO "reveals new job opportunities for unemployed people from Lom" will complement another project of the LAG-LOM and will lead to the improvement of the quality of life of economically inactive and unemployed persons on the LAG-LOM territory, prerequisites for sustainable employment. It fully complies with Priority 3 of the SVOVP: Human Capital Development on the LAG LOM territory and Specific Objective 3.1 "Enhancement of human resources capabilities and knowledge".
