"Inna Petrova" applies to the OPHRD for subsidized employment of 2 unemployed persons who will select from a target group over 30 years up to 54 years - 1 number and over 54 - 1 number. It will train one key competence: 2 persons under CC-5 "Learning Skills", in connection with the recruitment of the trainees registered at the Labor Bureau in Lom under the NCPD-2011: 52490001 Servicing, Shop- 2 person. Project activities include: 1.Training three key competences; 2.Hiring full-time persons for a period of up to 12 months; After the end of the project, one of the employees will be recruited to the vacant new job under conditions of competition and equal opportunities for the candidates. The aim of the project proposal is to contribute both to providing temporary and permanent employment to the local population and to improve the quality of life of economically inactive and unemployed people on the LAG-LOM territory by creating prerequisites for sustainable employment. It fully complies with Priority 3 of the SVOVP: Human Capital Development on the LAG LOM territory and Specific Objective 3.1 "Enhancement of human resources capabilities and knowledge".
