Providing access to employment in the Svilengrad municipality

The project proposal is related to provide good access to employment in Svilengrad Municipality between the ages of 30 and 54 and over 54 years. The main priorities of the project are to provide the opportunity to increase the qualified workforce by conducting training for professional qualification and integration into the labor market. The project proposal includes training and purchase of equipment for the needs of the new jobs. - 26 persons will be trained under the first qualification degree. Of these 13 people will be trained as a "Assistant in Construction" specialty "Basic and finishing works", the another 13 people will be trained in the profession "Landscaping Worker", specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture". For each person enrolled in the training a scholarship is foreseen. - 30 people will be employed. Of these, 26 people who have been trained will be appointed in relation to the acquired professional qualification. The remaining 4 people will be recruited: 2 people in the "cleaner / hygienist" position, 1 person in the position of "worker, kitchen" and 1 person in the position of "keeper, concierge". Of the employees, 13 people will be included in employment for 6 months and the remaining 17 will be included in employment for 9 months. For some people, 3 people are provided for mentors. - The necessary equipment for carrying out the activity for the employees of "Worker in the landscaping" will be purchased. The current project proposal will have great social significance, because through its implementation it will improve access to employment, increase competitiveness and improve the way of life of the target groups.
