Provision of a quality employment for people from vulnerable social groups in family hotel-restaurant "Dan Kolov DMG" and in "Best Cosmetics" in municipality of Svilengrad.

The current project proposal aims at giving an opportunity for inclusion or reintegration in the labour market of representatives coming from local disadvantaged social groups on the territory of Svilengrad municipality, namely: unemployed people, long-term unemployed people or inactive people aged 30-54 years or people in pre-retirement age of over 54 years. The project candidates are: "Dan Kolov-DMG", which has been working in the field of economic activity "Tourism, hotel and restaurant management" since 2008 and "Best Cosmetics", which has been working in the field of economic activity "Production of cleaning, washing, toilet and cosmetic products". Through the implementation of the planned project activities, the two partners intend to hire a total number of 33 people for the duration of the project, coming from the above-described disadvantaged target groups, all of whom will take part in a "Training for acquisition of a professional qualification" under the programme for the respective positions, for which they will be hired. By this way, the project aims not only at provision of a temporary employment for those people, but also aims at a sustainable improvement of their professional knowledge and skills, which will make them more competitive in the future on the labour market.
