The realization of the current project aims to improving health and safety of workers in NiD Progres ltd, creating better conditions for rest and nutrition, increasing labor productivity by introducing an innovative model for managing and developing human resources and work organization. By Activity 1"Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees" - new and more sustainable personal safety equipment and special working clothes will be bought and the risks of labor incidents and common diseases will be decreased. Parapets, safety fencing and trenching system will be supplied and this way the risks of labor incidents will be further decreased. By Activity 3"Developing, adapting and introducing systems for human resources development and flexible forms of employment", the developed and implemented system will help to increase labor productivity and environmental protection. The new model will provide opportunity to combine the professional, family and private life of younger workers and employees over 54 years of age. The system will also provide an opportunity to extend the working lives of older workers as well as flexible forms of employment. By Activity 4 "Providing social benefits to workers" will improve the conditions for recreation and nutrition of employees by purchasing and equipping mobile canteens. Part of the project is organization, management, information and publicity.
