Improving the working environment in "Nukon Bulgaria" Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions

"Nukon Bulgaria" is a limited liability company, established in 2013, operating in the territory of the town of Kuklen. The main focus of the company is trade and production of laser, plasma and oxygen metal cutting machines. The company employs 7 full-time employees. The management of the company realizes that the provision of healthy and safe conditions during the working process is an integral part of the organization of each work activity and a necessary condition for achieving higher competitiveness of the products and services, increasing the income and profit of the enterprise, and validating and developing the business. The needs that the project will satisfy are related to the improvement of the working environment in the enterprises by ensuring good and safe working conditions and human resources management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and to positively affect the productivity of labor in the enterprise that will be realized through: - Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the occupational and health status of employees by providing Personal Protective Equipment, Collective Protection Equipment through Equipment Safety, Fire Protection, Improvement of Working Conditions. - Providing organized transport from the employer to and from the workplace for employees in the enterprise. - Provision of social benefits for workers related to equipment for a place for recreation, meals and rest. The project is intended to implement both mandatory activities related to organization and management, visualization and publicity. The project proposal has been developed in accordance with the achievement of sustainable socio-economic development and preservation of the local identity on the territory of the Luk Kuklen-Asenovgrad LAG through efficient use of local resources as well as with the EU Strategic Framework 2014-2020.
