Improving the working environment of NAS1 ltd by providing good and safe working conditions.

NAS1 ltd was founded in 2018. The basic code of economic activity is 25.11 - Manufacture of metal structures and parts thereof. The activity is mainly focused on the metalworking of lighting poles, garden and park posts, lighting fixtures, as well as trade in metal cabinets and wardrobes. The share in its activity is occupied by the transportation of goods on the territory of the country and wholesale of office furniture. The company has 6 employees, all of whom are directly affected by the current project proposal. NAS1 Ltd. realizes that ensuring safety and health at work as an integral part of the organization of each work activity is a necessary condition for achieving higher competitiveness of products and services, increasing the income and profit of the enterprise and for validating and developing the business. Main tasks in the company's social policy are: - to create and continuously improve safety and health at work for all workers; - protect the health of the employees in the company; - protect the environment; - Be competitive on the market by providing its customers with quality services. The state of the material and technical base of the company is a prerequisite for efficient use of the productive forces and the successful achievement of the production economic objectives. The main activities envisaged for implementation in the project proposal and directly related to the company's social policy are: 1. Activity 1 - Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees. 2. Activity 3 - Providing organized transport from the employer to and from the workplace. 3. Action 2 - Providing social benefits to workers, including repair and equipment for recreation, catering and leisure facilities in enterprises.
