Good and safe working conditions in TUFEK METAL Ltd.

The project will satisfy the need of the employees in TUFEK METAL Ltd. for a better working environment and safe working conditions. The need for employees to reconcile professional obligations with their personal lives will also be satisfied. The target group of the project includes all those employed in TUFEK METAL LTD - 5 pcs. employees and a manager. The activities that will be implemented under this project are: Activity 1. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of the employees. The activity provides a means of collective protection - installing 2 pcs. air conditioners. Activity 2. Provide social benefits to workers, including repair and equipment for recreation, eating and resting places. There will be repairs and equipment of a rest room with a kitchenette and sanitary facilities. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - Provided safe and healthy working conditions - Introduced system for human resource development - Increasing productivity, improving resource efficiency and protecting the environment - Optimized workflows introduced into flexible forms of employment - Provided social benefits to workers - a place to eat and rest
