"Ensuring access to employment of economically inactive and unemployed persons, promoting and supporting the youth employment and investments in improving the qualification on the territory of Kirkovo Municipality"

The project proposal envisages the implementation of activities for activation of economically inactive youths, psychological support, social and professional integration of persons from the target groups with a focus on highly vulnerable groups to encourage their participation in the labor market and to create skills for successful coping with work place and adaptation to the working conditions when engaged in employment. Within the framework of the project will be organized and conducted motivational training and training on key competence 4 "Digital Competence", which will provide opportunities for the trainees for future realization in the labor market. In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the increase in the amount of information available on the Internet, there is a need to have specific knowledge and skills to work with the existing technological infrastructure of each and every one of us. Improvement of skills and knowledge contributes to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market, their retention and, above all, the enhancement of their professional development opportunities. Another major activity is organizing and conducting training sessions focused on the development of social competencies in order to motivate the ambition of independence, self-assertion, self-expression, and personal growth of the most vulnerable part of society. The project will help improve access to employment and overcome poverty and social exclusion by providing employment in the municipality of Kirkovo for a period of 12 months to 20 persons from highly vulnerable groups on the labor market.
