"Increasing the Employment and Raising the Qualification of the Employees in Boris EOOD"

Observations show that the qualification level of the Bulgarian labor force has a steady trend of decrease, even of degradation. A major reason for this is the emigration of educated and qualified, mostly young people, over the years, an irreparable disaster for the Bulgarian economy. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources is a priority for Boris EOOD. Our company policy is aimed at increasing labor productivity by creating conditions for developing the professional skills and abilities of employees. The effectiveness of an organization is determined by the knowledge, skills and competencies of its staff, selected according to the job model parameters. The implementation of the project proposal "Enhancement of Employment and Enhancement of Employees in Boris EOOD" will ensure higher and higher quality employment by increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the current needs of our company, for this purpose, it is planned to train 48 employees to acquire a key competence 4 "Digital Competence". In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the increase of the amount of available information on the internet airing need to have specific knowledge and skills to work with the existing technological infrastructure of each of us. The project will help improve access to employment and overcome poverty and social exclusion by providing employment for a period of 12 months to 6 persons from highly vulnerable groups on the labor market. The project proposal will contribute to the modernization of the knowledge, skills, competences and competitiveness of the employed and will be easier to meet the changes in the integration of the Bulgarian labor market towards the united European rapid introduction of the new production, information and communication technologies .
