Opportunity for development by upgrading the qualification of the employees at Hotel Hisar

The main objective of this project proposal is to provide on-the-job training to the employees of Hotel Hissar, who are in the target group in order to improve the quality of the tourism product offered and to increase its competitiveness and sustainability. In order to achieve this, the company will implement the following activities: - Action 1 "Provision of vocational training". Through this activity, 35 employees will be trained - 12 employed in the profession: Bakery - confectioner, specialty "Confectionery production"; 10 employed by profession:"Landscaping worker", specialty "Landscaping and floriculture" and 8 employed in a part of profession: "Electrical engineer", specialty "Electrical installations"; - Activity 2 "Conducting Key Competence Training". This activity will train a total of 35 persons under QC 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages ​​- English". The total value of the project proposal is BGN 81 290.00 (direct and indirect costs). The project activities are aimed at increasing the ability of target group employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change and population aging. This project is part of the strategy for market stability and economic growth. the company by investing in human resources. The expected results of the project implementation are: Improving the adaptability and flexibility of the employees; Increasing the quality of the tourist product offered and the level of satisfaction of its guests; Increasing demand for the tourism product; Increase of tourism revenue on the one hand for the applicant company on the other for Hisarya Municipality;
