The main purpose of the project proposal of Login Company Ltd. in connection with its application under this procedure is to motivate, qualify and subsequently provide employment for 15 unemployed / inactive persons aged 30 to 54, incl. for the implementation of the strategy for development and expansion of the company activity in the field of IT - technologies, support of platforms for online trading, data processing, virtual assistant, author of content and more. The specific objectives that will contribute to the achievement of the main objective are: 1. Provision of appropriate motivation and training for acquiring vocational qualifications and key competences of the target group 2. Increasing the number of unemployed or inactive persons aged 30 to 54 incl. with improved qualifications and key competences involved in employment. In order to achieve these objectives, the following activities will be implemented: 1. Provision of motivational training 2. Conducting vocational training in the profession "E-commerce" for 15 persons from the target group 3. Training for acquiring KK2-English 4. Ensuring employment of the persons from the target group The current project gives individuals access to quality training in digital technology and online commerce, which in turn will lead to better career opportunities, personal growth and prevention of exclusion from the labor market, increase productivity of work and hence of quality of life.
