Sustainable Employment and Prevention of Labour Fluctuation

The BCCI and its partners CL Podkrepa and CITUB will contribute to the improvement of HR management by innovative tools for prevention of labour fluctuation By their regional structures, using the methodology for study of the factors, influencing labour fluctuation, they will conduct a national research of the reasons for this phenomenon by sectors and by regions, and its effect on the business On the basis of the structured data of the research they will prepare a profound analysis targeted to alignment of factors affecting the dynamics and trends of fluctuation by sectors and regions, and to assessment of its effect on the companies. On the basis of the analysis Index of Fluctuation Risk , based on risk factors matrix, a Guide for Index Measurement and a set of tools for prevention of labour fluctuation will be developed. The development of the set of tools will be based on good EU and national practices. It will provide packages of measures for control and prevention of fluctuation - staff individual profiles; CSR practices; upgrade of the Virtual Social Academy www.vsa.bcci.bg with a platform for on-line consultancy, etc. The candidate and the partners will accomplish ex-ante impact assessment of the set of tools The BCCI, CL Podkrepa and CITUB will prepare well-grounded proposals for the improvement of the normative framework for labour fluctuation prevention The set of tools will be subjected to pilot testing and will be approbated in 100 companies. For this purpose a training of consultants for application of the set of tools is envisaged. In each company these consultants will conduct training of managers and HR experts for application of the set of tools packages Ex-post impact assessment of the tested and approbated packages will be also done. In cooperation with the associated partners and MLSP the mass introduction of the set of tools in the target area of the operation will be promoted for free usage at national level by all the stakeholders.
