"Development of a new model for management of human resources in order to develop a sustainable social capital"

The aim of the project proposal is to contribute to the adaptation of the target groups - employers and employees to the conditions resulting from economic restructuring through the joint actions of the partners. The planned activities in the project proposal are aimed at developing and implementing a new model for HR management in order to develop a sustainable social capital and include: Comprehensive study of the state of work environment and human resources among a large circle of representatives of the target groups through specially developed methodology; Analysis of survey results; Organization of focus groups and workshop; Development of a new model for HR management, Approbation of the new model; Specifying the implementation of the model; Pilot trainings for model implementation teams; Measures and actions to improve social dialogue; Database with electronic content. The new model for HR management is an innovative way to develop social capital - to further develop Human Resources with a new quality, namely - to achieve an improved network for human capital access to development of resources such as professional information, legal competence, supporting psychological environment, health culture, security of the working environment and others. In its turn, the developed social capital leads to effective problem solving, knowledge sharing, improvement of the professional level through mutual learning, pro-social behavior, commitment to the work process, trust in the employer, psychological security and as a result - better individual and organizational performance, optimizing the employability of people of all ages and, consequently, increasing the company's productivity. In this way, the specific objectives and expected results of the project described below will be achieved.
