SUPPORT FOR ENHANCING THE ADAPTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES AND ENTERPRISES TO MODIFYING ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

The project will be implemented in the form of joint actions of the social partners in the process of developing and introducing new models and instruments for adapting the employed and the enterprises in the selected economic spheres as well as for the extension of the social dialogue. The project brings together the expertise of the Candidate, Partner and IA GIT (Associate Partner). Activities will support the fulfillment of social policy goals and tasks through the development and testing of innovative tools for integrated improvement of Social Analysis and Social Dialogue, including working Green Models and Standards for Social Co-operation, Roadmap for Improving Industrial relations and increasing adaptability of employees and enterprises to changing economic conditions. In the identified 10 economic spheres at national level, there is a need to improve the working environment and work organization to achieve higher productivity. The project will create innovative integrated tools to improve social co-operation. Workplace training is planned in 100 enterprises through the active participation of 2'000 employees, 24 regional conferences to present new systems, practices and tools for human resource management and to improve working conditions in 100 enterprises - all the project results will be subject to a preliminary and final impact assessment and will be delivered to the benefit of society as a whole. The planned creation of information masses containing the developed models and tools for implementing the social co-operation models is a good basis for post-project completion by preparing a new project proposal for the development of a Social Cooperation Platform that will be used free of charge by all stakeholders countries, including the MLSP, and will assist workers, employees and employers.
